Sample Daily Timeline

Here's what a typical weekday looks like. Classes run continuously every 15 minutes.

5:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Morning Rush

Busiest time. Early-bird professionals getting their workout in before work. Classes at 5:00, 5:15, 5:30, 5:45, 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, 7:00, 7:15, 7:30, 7:45.

8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Mid-Morning

Quieter period. Great for people with flexible schedules, remote workers, stay-at-home parents. Smaller classes, more trainer attention.

11:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Lunch Hour

Second busiest time. Office workers on lunch break. Perfect timing: train for 15 minutes, shower, grab lunch, back to desk in 45 min total.

1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Quiet Afternoon

Slowest time of day. If you like small, intimate classes, this is your window. Sometimes just 3-5 people.

4:00 PM - 7:45 PM

After-Work Peak

Third rush. People coming straight from work. High energy, competitive atmosphere. 5:00-6:30 PM is the absolute peak.

Pro tip: If you want a less crowded experience, come between 8AM-11AM or 1:30PM-4PM on weekdays.
